His past credits include former President of Link Mineral Ventures Ltd., Azul Resources (Bermuda) Ltd. and Soltoro Ltd (TSX.V), a junior mining and exploration company focused on silver in Mexico and that was acquired by Agnico Eagle in 2015. Currently, Andrew is President and CEO of Palamina (TSX.V) that is exploring a large gold belt in Peru. Andrew also serves as a director of Winshear Gold Corp. (TSX.V).

Tony Harwood is an economic geologist with 36 years of international exploration and mining experience mainly focused on gold exploration. Tony was appointed President and CEO of Montero Mining & Exploration Ltd. in 2009 and took the company to IPO on the TSX.V in 2011. Prior to this Tony was the President and CEO of Africo Resources Ltd., a company he listed on the TSX to develop a major copper-cobalt project in the DRC. Tony served as Vice President Generative of Placer Dome Inc. for 8 years, a major Canadian gold mining company, before its acquisition by Barrick Gold Corp. in 2006. Other past professional credits include: Executive Chairman of Universal Coal PLC, which he listed in 2010 on the ASX, and position as non-executive director of various gold companies including; Adamus Resources (ASX/TSX), Endeavour Mining (TSX/ASX), Auryx Gold Corp. (TSX.V), African Gold Group (TSX), and Lappland Goldminers (STO). Currently he serves as a non-executive director on the boards of Tesoro Resources (TSX.V), East African Metals (TSX.V), and Hudson Resources (TSX.V). Tony was the founder of Harwood International Ltd., a geological consulting company operating for over 10 years. In addition, he held positions as lecturer in Economic Geology at the University of Wales, Cardiff (UK), and the University of Natal, Durban (South Africa). Tony graduated from University of Wales, College Cardiff, with a B.Sc. (Hons) cum laude and Ph.D. in Economic Geology.

Geoff spent 21 years with Impala Platinum Refineries in various roles including General Manager and Project Manager, where he was responsible for the metallurgical development of the hydrometallurgical separations processes at Impala Platinum's Enhanced Precious Metals Refinery in Springs, South Africa. Geoff has a B.Sc. (Hons) Chemical Engineering from University of Exeter, UK.

Greg Hall

Greg Hall is a seasoned geologist with over 40 years of international experience. His past credits include Chief Geologist for Placer Dome Inc. a major Canadian gold company. Over the course of his illustrious career, Greg had a senior role in the discoveries of both Barrick Gold's Granny Smith mine and Rio Tinto's Yandi iron ore mine. In addition, he took part in the gold discoveries of Keringal and Wallaby in Australia's Eastern Goldfields, as well as the definition of AngloGold Ashanti's Sunrise gold mine. Greg holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Jamie Levy

Jamie Levy has 25 years of experience in financing and management of Canadian mining companies with an exceptional track record for raising capital and managing listed Canadian companies. Most recently, Jamie was the President and CEO of Pine Point Mining which was acquired by Osisko Metals in 2017. Prior to this Jamie was Vice President of Pinetree Capital in Toronto. Jamie is currently the President and CEO at Generation Mining Ltd. developing a PGM in Canada.

Marcial Vergara Montero

Marcial has worked for major companies such as Anglo American, Chile, Codelco, Placer Dome Inc., Compañía Minera Doña Inés de Collahuasi, Shell-Billiton (Chile) and Anaconda. Marcial has also worked as a consultant for junior and mid-tier companies. Marcial is a member of various professional organizations in Chile and holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Universidad de Chile, he is a Qualified Person as defined by NI43-101.

Michael Evans

Mike is an exploration geologist with over 40 years of experience including 26 years working with Phelps Dodge Corporation exploring for gold and copper in South America and Africa. He has worked in Chile and over 15 African countries where he directed mineral target generation and on-site evaluation of properties. This included the establishment of exploration operations and the development of major exploration programs, as well as the management of feasibility studies on two major projects. Mike has a M.Sc. in Geology from Natal University, South Africa and is a Qualified Person as defined by NI43-101.
