Chris Fellows

Chris Fellows is a Georgia native and has lived in the Savannah area since 2002. Chris is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting. Additionally, he has over 25 years experience in Accounting across a variety of industries, including Commercial Property Management. Chris joined the Market South Management team in 2019 as the Controller and looks forward to many years with Market South. Away from the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, two teenage children, and two dogs. An exercise enthusiast, Chris has trained and completed multiple half-marathons and even a marathon.

Deana Shores

Deana is a native of Savannah. She graduated from St Vincent's academy and attended Armstrong Atlantic State University. In 1999 she started working in Property Management as an administrative assistant. Deana has worn many hats for this company through the years. She has been a property manager, bookkeeper, and receptionist and is now our office coordinator. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She is very active in the Irish Community and loves to garden.

Gary Kornegay

Having earned his Georgia Salespersons Real Estate License in 1980 and his Broker's License in 1983, Gary draws on his 30-plus years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to 1980, he was employed by IBM Corporation where he received valuable marketing and management experience. Gary and his wife, Susan, have owned and managed several successful real estate companies. In 2003, they decided to position their real estate firm to focus solely on professional property management services in the Greater Savannah Area, including Pooler, Tybee Island, and Richmond Hill. Gary strives to provide a full service package for owner/investors and associations who need professional management services. In order to provide premier client services, Gary is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR) and the Savannah Area Realtors (SAR) where he is a Past Director. Most important is his membership in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) where he is active in the Atlanta Chapter. Gary is also Past President of the Dublin Board of Realtors. Gary and Susan both graduated from Auburn University in 1973 and have lived in Savannah since 1995. They have 2 adult children and 2 Grandsons, Jack and Brooks.

Katie Parker

Katie, a proud Georgia native, spent her childhood exploring the charms of Tybee and Savannah. Having made it her official home for the past 11 years, she brings a wealth of local knowledge to her role in property management. Previously, Katie served as a preschool teacher and devoted stay-at-home mom, but her passion for working with people and thriving in fast-paced environments led her to the dynamic field of property management. Outside of the office, Katie can be found enjoying quality time at the golf course alongside her husband, John, and their two children, Emma and Will. Her interests extend to the culinary arts, with a love for cooking and baking. As a true Georgia Bulldog fan, she enthusiastically cheers on UGA football games.

Keisha Leger

Keisha comes to Market South Management with over 19 years of experience in the Real Estate industry! Uncompromising integrity is at the center of Keisha's service! Keisha is passionate about her work and takes great pride in keeping her investors and tenants up-to-date with pertinent information. Family is very important to Keisha as is her strong devotion to God and her church. She and her husband of 21 years are blessed with three children. When not in the office, Keisha enjoys spending time with her family, eating good food, and traveling! Her goal is to build lasting relationships by providing top notch service.

Kristin Lightle

Kristin joined Market South Management as our Receptionist in 2018 and transitioned into a Property Manager in 2020. Prior to joining Market South, Kristin worked in the customer service industry for 15 years. When not working for her Investors and Tenants, Kristin enjoys spending time with her 2 boys, Aiden and Lincoln as well as her beloved cats and dog, Rudy.

Parker Kornegay

As the Broker/Owner of Market South Management, Parker not only provides the strategic direction of the company, but is also involved in the day to day operation of the business. This "hands-on" management style ties him to all aspects of the daily operation, which includes the residential and commercial management. Having grown up in the Real Estate Industry, Parker has worked in all facets of the Property Management business. He started his career in Property Management in 2004, working in both Multi-Family and Single Family Management and has been with Market South Management since 2011. Parker has been in Savannah since 1995. He attended Savannah Christian Preparatory School, graduated in 2002 and accepted a football scholarship to Newberry College. To better serve his Clients and stay up to date with the latest industry trends, Parker is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), where he holds the Resort and Second Home Specialist (RSPS) designation, the Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR), and most importantly the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Parker holds the prestigious Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation from NARPM. With this designation, Parker is the only RMP® in the Greater Savannah Area. In his free time, Parker enjoys fishing, live music, and Auburn Football . When not in the office, Parker can usually be found spending time with his wife Ansley, their sons Jack and Brooks, and dog, Beau.

Sydney Stevens

A transplant from the Midwest, Sydney moved to Savannah in 1998 and started working in accounting for an industrial company. She joined Market South Management in 2005 and serves as Staff Accountant for the Property Management Departmant. Sydney brings years of prior administrative, accounting and customer service skills and is a valuable employee and a real asset to our firm, our clients and our customers. Sydney also enjoys reading, and crafting in her spare time. She is a proud Notre Dame alumna. GO IRISH!

Tamara Bailey

Tamara started her Property Management career in 2012 and joined the MSM team in October 2020. She enjoys the business and ensuring that tenants and owners stay well informed and happy. Being a Savannah native, the Savannah atmosphere and living on the coast are just a few of her favorite things. When not at work you can find her enjoying the beautiful Savannah waterways and spending time outdoors with her family. Her family includes her loving husband and identical twin sons, with her cat and 2 dogs. Tamara is excited to be a part of the Market South family!

Teresa Arndt

Teresa's career in residential property management began in 2008, and she joined the Market South Management team in July 2023. With 15 years of experience in this field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role. Teresa's personal journey brought her from her birthplace in Michigan to Savannah in 1996, where she has since established deep roots and considers the city her home. Her love for the area likely played a role in her decision to join Market South Management. When she's not in the office, Teresa enjoys a variety of interests. Outdoor adventures are clearly a passion of hers, allowing her to explore and appreciate the natural beauty that Savannah and its surroundings have to offer. Spending quality time with friends and family is also a priority for her, reinforcing her strong sense of community. Additionally, Teresa has a penchant for culinary exploration, always on the lookout for new and delicious foods to try.
