Ashley Cook is an associate in the Albuquerque office. A graduate of the University of New Mexico, she received her J.D. with a certificate in Natural Resources and Environmental Law in 2019 and her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2015. While in law school, Ms. Cook served as the Co-President for the Environmental Law Society, served as the Article Manuscript Editor for the Natural Resources Journal, and an oralist for the UNMSOL Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Team. Also while in law school, she also clerked for the United States Department of Justice - Office of International Affairs in Washington, D.C., where she assisted in high-profile extraditions and aided domestic and foreign governments with evidence gathering.
Before joining the Firm, Ms. Cook gained experience at Albuquerque based civil- and trial-focused firms and a bankruptcy firm, giving her deep ties in the area and a strong-client focused approach to law. Ms. Cook practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, including handling personal injury defense, insurance defense, coverage and bad faith, medical malpractice, construction defect, creditor's rights, bankruptcy, business and banking, and regulatory matters.

Cooper J. Williams is an Associate Attorney at Miller Stratvert P.A.'s Albuquerque office and is a member of the New Mexico State Bar. He received his J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2023, graduat ing magna cum laude. While in law school, Cooper founded the Sports Law Society and was a two-year member of the mock trial team. Prior to law school, Cooper attended Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, South Dakota, where he spent two years on the basketball team. Cooper graduated from DWU in three years, earn ing a bachelor's degree in business management with a minor in Sports Management.
Cooper was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin and grew up in several different states around the Midwest. He is passionate about living life with a positive attitude. When he is not at the office, Cooper is either golfing, at a Lobo game, or hanging out with his friends, family, or dogs.

Mr. Dylan O'Reilly is a shareholder and director in Miller Stratvert P.A.'s Santa Fe, New Mexico office, where he handles a wide range of commercial transactions from loan documentation, secured transactions, real estate transactions, leases, business purchases and sales, as well as litigation matters involving partnership disputes, creditors' rights, foreclosures, bankruptcy, and collections. He also serves as a neutral mediator in commercial and real estate matters.
Mr. O'Reilly was appointed by the New Mexico Supreme Court to the New Mexico Board of Bar Examiners in 2020 (where he still serves), and was elected to serve as a Bar Commissioner of the New Mexico State Bar starting in 2025. His past board service includes Business Law Section of the New Mexico State Bar (2009-2013; chair 2012); Young Lawyer Division liaison to the state bar's Real Property, Probate and Trust Section board; University of New Mexico School of Law Alumni Association (2011-2016); Sexual Assault Services of Northwest New Mexico (including 3 years as president), and Santa Fe ProMusica (2016-2024), 1 year as secretary).
Mr. O'Reilly graduated from Oberlin College (B.A. History) and obtained his J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law.
