Maha graduated with a BSc degree from the University of Dundee in Scotland in 1980 and has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 27 years. This has given her extensive experience in international quality, compliance and regulatory practices:
She has worked extensively in Quality Systems, GMP/GLP/GCP Compliance and Regulatory Affairs. She has been exposed throughout her career to the compliance and regulatory environment worldwide, in particular US, EU, Australia and the Middle East
Her experience has been gained in plants across the USA, Portugal and the Middle East and covers different aspects of the pharmaceutical industry from the manufacture of the bulk drug substances (APIs), to various dosage forms including parenteral products.
Maha has also worked as a senior consultant with SeerPharma, Australia and provided services to small and multinational clients throughout the Asia Pacific region. (SeerPharma is a leader in providing consulting and training services to the pharmaceutical, device and biotech industry in Australia and internationally).
