Our firm was originally formed in 1957 as a full service public accounting firm. In 1983 Allan Nietzke, CPA and Donald Faupel, CPA formed Nietzke & Faupel, P.C which focused on agriculture along with tax and audit services. Our founders identified the unique needs for AG accounting and set aside time to work on these services. I was part of that development process. Our firm's work on AG financial statements was recognized by the Farm Financial Standards Council where I served as past president and continue to be a member.
