nanovation is a French limited liability company, founded in 2001. The headquarters & technical facilities are based in the Saclay high-tech pole of Southern Paris. As well as offering oxide epiwafer manufacturing and device prototyping/test, nanovation participates in collaborative research/development projects and can provide bespoke R & D/consulting services.
