Candy Alexander

  • CISO, Cybersecurity & Risk Management Practice Lead
Candy has 30 years of information security experience working for various high-tech companies. She has held several Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) positions, in which she developed and managed corporate security programs. She now works as a virtual or fractional CISO and executive cybersecurity consultant helping companies of all sizes improve their security programs through effective security initiatives. Candy is very active in the security profession. Her contributions include serving as the International President for the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), the chief architect for the Cyber Security Career Lifecycle, and a long-standing Director on the International Board. She is also the inaugural President and a past Board Member of the ISSA Education and Research Foundation. She remains a loyal member at the local level with the New England Chapter and the ISSA New Hampshire Chapter. Candy has received numerous awards, including global recognition as IFSEC's #1 2020 Global Influencer of Security Execs and a Cyber Veteran in SC Media's 2020 Women in IT Security. She is an ISSA Distinguished Fellow - an elite designation given to the top 1% of members - and an inductee of the ISSA's Hall of Fame. And as a leader in the cybersecurity profession, she is a featured speaker at many events, the most memorable of which include speaking at the United Nations' IT Security Symposium in New York and appearing before the Offices of President of the United States.

James Scott

James is a results-oriented technology leader with a proven record of success delivering high-value solutions for diverse companies, ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. As NeuEon's CTO and Cloud Strategy Practice Lead, James provides architectural leadership to help clients leverage cloud technologies to build scalable, reliable, cost-effective solutions for their organizations. He also guides clients to establish sound software development practices, including Agile processes, comprehensive automated testing, and DevOps. James has both hands-on and strategic leadership experience, which enables him to help companies innovate while solving real-world problems. He joined NeuEon after working at MedAptus for more than a decade as Software Architect, Director of Software Development, and Vice President of Engineering as the company grew from a start-up to an established leader of clinical workforce and workflow solutions. He continues to expand his architectural knowledge and expertise by working with clients and staying up-to-date on the latest technological advancements. James is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and earned his MBA from Northeastern University. He served in the United States Air Force for more than five years as a Captain and Communications/Computer Systems Officer and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Certified Scrum Master.

Joe Carrolo - President

Joe is recognized as an innovative, results-oriented leader with extensive experience in technology consulting and professional services. With a proven track record of success leading organizations and developing strong client relationships, Joe has helped businesses from coast to coast increase revenue, improve profitability, and realize strategic value. Prior to joining NeuEon, Joe served as President at ArcTouch, a leading application development studio, where he led the company's team of strategists, designers, and engineers to create mobile and connected experience solutions for the enterprise. Prior to ArcTouch, Joe was an executive at Sapient where he held senior leadership roles across the organization and helped drive revenue growth from $30 million to over $500 million. Joe is passionate about creating a culture of continuous improvement, innovative problem solving, and open communication. His responsibilities have spanned strategy, business planning, sales, client management, organizational development, and financial planning and management. Joe is regularly quoted in technology publications and speaks often at national and local conferences and meetings. He holds a B.S. in computer science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Scott Weiner

Scott Weiner leads NeuEon's Transformation Practice where he helps develop leaders, create high performance teams, and drive organizational change. He provides strategic guidance to entrepreneurs, executives, and teams at multi-billion dollar organizations seeking to create and use technology more effectively in highly competitive environments. He's an experienced leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for optimizing people, processes, and business strategies to improve results for clients. Scott is also a recognized expert in organizational transformation, speaking and writing on subjects related to business agility and leadership. Over the past 25 years, Scott has provided vision and leadership in roles such as CEO, CTO, VP Product, VP Engineering, and VP Professional Services across a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, healthcare, education, and technology. His expertise spans a wide array of technologies and methodologies and includes extensive experience in process development and refinement. He has spent more than 15 years developing and managing SaaS, enterprise applications, and mobile solutions in healthcare, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, distribution, and education industries. His insights and guidance have been relied on by investors, CEOs, and software teams in dozens of product organizations, including many in the Fortune 500. Scott has built multi-million dollar consulting, training, and software technology companies. He is also an advocate and leader for small businesses, co-founding ParentsWithApps, a coalition that brought together thousands of small educational businesses. He speaks and mentors at the Hult Prize, a multi-national social impact business competition, where he has coached teams to win million-dollar prizes and launch successful businesses. Scott also meets regularly with the United States Congress and federal agencies to discuss and drive improvement in technology policies that impact small businesses.

Todd Ducharme

Todd is a results-oriented business leader with a track record of success building high-performing, cross-functional teams. As Vice President of Consulting at NeuEon, Todd oversees multiple areas of focus, including Agile transformation, methodologies and implementation, workflow and business process modeling, and new technology initiatives. Over the course of his career, Todd has driven a wide variety of technical engagements spanning strategy, implementation, and the management of complex projects. He has led enterprise-wide infrastructure selection and implementation initiatives and has managed both onshore and offshore development teams at start-up and emerging technology companies. Prior to joining NeuEon, Todd co-founded and created a successful digital media company, expanding a traditional business by leveraging emerging technology. He also served as EVP of Operations for a national consumer health and wellness company where he built and managed various cross-functional teams responsible for supporting over 14 national retail centers. Todd is a graduate of Williams College and a frequent speaker at business and technology events.
