Norton & Christensen was founded in 1973 in Goshen, New York, by the late Stanley J. Norton (1916-1998) and Henry N. Christensen, Jr. Since 1973, the firm's major concentration has been in contract matters relating to the construction industry including the enforcement of public and private contracts and resolution of contract disputes. The firm counsels and represents heavy and highway construction and building contractors and subcontractors, suppliers of equipment and materials, architects, engineers and project owners throughout the States of New Jersey and New York as well as federal government contractors throughout the United States... Since 1995, Norton & Christensen, P.A., an associated New Jersey professional corporation, represents public works contractors and suppliers in New Jersey state and federal courts. Henry N. Christensen, Jr., and Harold M. Pressberg are members of the New Jersey bar.
