INDEPENDENTLY OWNED AND THOUGHTFULLY RESTORED, THE NORBLAD WAS BUILT IN 1923 AND IS THE LONGEST RUNNING HOTEL IN ASTORIA. THIS MINIMAL 17 ROOM HOTEL IS INTENTIONALLY CURATED WITH VALUE IN MIND. EACH ROOM FEATURES CAREFULLY CHOSEN FINISHES, WITH HIGH-QUALITY PIECES THROUGHOUT WHILE KEEPING THE FEEL LAID-BACK AND COMFORTABLE... They managed extensive renovations to the interior and exterior, yet maintained the original floor plan, retained and restored historical fabrics, and kept many authentic pieces throughout - including apron sinks, crystal doorknobs, and the original check-in desk.
