Dionne is an active teacher with the Halifax Regional Center for Education. Dionne has been teaching in Nova Scotia since 2007. Dionne received her Master in Education from Mount St. Vincent University in 2010 and her Master of Business Administration from Sobey School of Business in 2017. Douglas (Doug) Moodie was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Nova Scotia Pension Services Corporation (NS Pension) effective April 1, 2017.
Prior to his appointment, Doug served as a senior solicitor with the Legal Services Division of the Nova Scotia Department of Justice where he acted as counsel to the Department of Finance and Treasury Board. In that role, he gained extensive experience and knowledge working with government and public sector pension plans. He was an active participant in the Public Service Superannuation Plan (PSSP) Governance Working Group that restructured the governance structure and funding policy of the PSSP.

Leo was the Chief Financial Officer of the Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) of Nova Scotia until he retired in 2020. As Chief Financial Officer, he was responsible for all administration, technology and infrastructure, investments and financial affairs of the WCB and its 400 employees. Leo also oversaw an annual operating budget of $300 million, an investment portfolio of more than $1.3 billion, and $1.9 billion in benefits liabilities. Leo served as the Chief Financial Officer since 1996. In that time, the WCB has improved its overall funding position by more than 25 per cent.

Sara Halliday is currently Acting Deputy Minister at the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. Steve Mahoney - Chief Investment Officer
Steve was born and raised in Nova Scotia. His career started with the Maritime Life Assurance Company as an Investment and Actuarial Analyst. He then moved on to Keel Capital as a Risk Manager and then to the Halifax Regional Municipality Pension Plan also as a Risk Manager. He spent six years at Morneau Shepell (now Telus Health) as a Partner in their investment and risk management consulting division. Prior to NS Pension, Mr. Mahoney was Vice President of Institutional Sales with Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group in Toronto.
Steve's education includes a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) degree from Mount Allison University and a Bachelor of Education degree from St. Francis Xavier University. He also holds several professional designations including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), and Professional Risk Manager (PRM).
