We manage our two divisions (Real Estate and Energy / Infrastructure) holistically, balancing non-cash value accretion vs. near-term cash flows, stabilized acquisition vs. development, and organic growth vs. acquisitive growth, all in a manner designed to meet shareholder objectives.
