Since the foundation in 2006, Optigraph GmbH has focused its activities on the production and development of various forms of well aligned Pyrolytic Graphite (well-aligned PG). Possessing access to the annealing-shop, Optigraph has the ability to vary purposely the annealing parameters of the manufacturing process. As a result, two new forms of well-aligned PG were developed and a new type of X-ray optics - Graphite Optics was created and introduced to the market. Optigraph GmbH is currently the unique global manufacturer of Graphite Optics.
