OURS THROUGH ADOPTION - Key Persons
Responsibilities include conducting board meetings in the absence of the President, serving on the conference workshop committee and as liaison to the board, maintaining the OURS book collection, and maintaining the OURS scrapbook. This position is a two year commitment and requires 2-3 volunteer hours per month.
Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing monthly statements, compiling an end-of-year statement, preparing tax forms, maintaining cash box for OURS events, and paying various bills. This position is a two year commitment and requires 2-4 volunteer hours per month.
Responsibilities include preparing minutes for the board meetings, update, print and mail board voting ballot, count and report results. This position is a two year commitment and requires 2-3 volunteer hours per month.
Responsibilities include developing the newsletter, which comes out twice per year. This position is a one year commitment and requires an average of 3-4 hours per month, with the majority of the time spent in the month the newsletter is produced.
Responsibilities include setting the agenda and running board meetings, working with other board members to establish the directions and goals for OURS, and managing the OURS website. This position is a two year commitment and requires 2-3 volunteer hours per month.
