We found right away that we were getting superior results with all of our softwashing methods. We quickly developed a very loyal, repeat customer base. Our customers were so much happier with our softwashing methods over the pressure washing methods that they previously used. They found that the surfaces were cleaner and staying that way for almost twice the amount of time... Even with our growing, loyal customer base, I was still constantly asked by our roof cleaning customers if we cleaned anything other than roofs. Since we were named, The Roof Cleaners, people just assumed we only cleaned roofs. In 2017 I finally made the difficult decision to change our company name. I wanted to change it to something that would more accurately represent what our company was truly all about. It was a very scary step for me.
