Linda B. Hershman RN, BS, CCM is the founder and owner of ProactCM (formerly Paradigm Healthcare Consultants, Inc.). She has been a Registered Nurse since 1977, case management experienced since 1992, earned and maintains a Certified Case Manager designation since 1995. Clinical expertise includes orthopedics, multiple trauma injuries, neurological, head and spine injury, catastrophic, electric shock injuries, repetitive trauma, home health, oncology, and long-term care. Ms. Hershman has advanced experience in Workers' Compensation and Disability Management. Her industry expertise includes and is not limited to: Healthcare Institutions, Home Health Care, Construction, Plumbing/Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Manufacturing, and Law Enforcement.
