Mr. Nikhil Shah leads Finance & Operations at Patronage Filtex India Pvt.Ltd. His wide-ranging experience in finance and operations has contributed to a ringside view of the evolution of manufacturing ceramic foam filters. In his role, Mr. Nikhil is focused on driving financial and operational performance of the group with rigour and synergy in aspects mainly like capital allocation and portfolio optimisation. His passion has been constantly adding stewardship in performance management, client relations and financial health of the company. Mr.Nikhil believes, "Development has no culmination, as long as we are ready to run our brains with risks & strong hand in with strategic plans that would make operations ace!"

Mr. Shakun Shah

Mr. Shakun Shah heads the Technical and & Commercial functions at Patronage Filtex India Pvt.Ltd. His vast knowledge throws bright light to overall leadership and direction in strategic areas such as product development and growth strategy. The stalwart has been holding an extensive experience of 12 years in the ceramic filters industry, providing leadership in making the product portfolio grow to standards of internationalization through innovation, development, designing and risk mitigation plans. Although he is aiming to create an ecosystem of excellence in the industry of ceramic foam filters, onus continuously remains on creating an atmosphere infused with commitment, creativity & growth with a sharp focus on innovation and improvement of products and processes. He believes that, "Constant research and development widens perspectives towards new opportunities; however leadership going hand in hand with innovation brings action to opportunities!" Driven by passion towards simplifying solutions and doing better day by day, Mr. Shah is constantly indulged in various research projects, strategic management processes and technical experiments that contribute highly in the growth of the organization.
