Dr. Manoj Jain started his career as a consultant Laparoscopic Surgeon at Bhabha Hospital, Bandra, after successfully completing his Post graduate degree from King Edward Memorial Hospital in Parel, Mumbai. He received his advanced laparoscopic training in Germany and Taiwan. He is also trained in Pediatric Surgery from Taiwan. He is in the industry for over 10 years, successfully conducting laparoscopic surgery.

Dr. (Mrs.) Pattnaik the co-founder of the 'Dr. Pattnaik's S.S. Hitech Urological Hospital' has been in the field of anesthesiology for over 25 years. After completing her post graduation from Tata Memorial Hospital (Pioneer Cancer Institute of India), she served over 23 years at Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai (the largest ESIS Hospital in the State of Maharashtra, India) in the Anesthesiology Department. She headed the department for six years. With her vast experience in managing cancer, cardiac, ortho and reconstructive surgery including emergency anesthesia management, she gives a great direction to the Hospital. She is trained in Hitech Pain Management in India and U.S.A. Her unique management style, tremendous patience and caring nature besides her medical proficiency, makes the hospital a unique center of attraction for urology patients from India and abroad.
