Zone Physio & Pilates was established in 2003 by Tam Holden and Jonty Garlick. It started out in two small bedrooms and has expanded twice since to its current home in the heart of Taupo's CBD. Tam and Jonty have created a gorgeous environment with a calm relaxed ambience a world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life... The high quality service offered at Zone Physio & Pilates has the added benefit of being offered at very competitive prices. Pilates is about wellness for life so it is important that it can be affordable and therefore sustainable.
