Ms. Pang is a Criminology Consultant. Ms. Pang moved to Canada from the United Kingdom after receiving her B.A. Hons. in Developmental Psychology with Cognitive Studies, which included Artificial Intelligence programming. After completing her M.A. Degree in Criminology in Vancouver, Ms. Pang worked in various fields of Criminology, including the British Columbia Forensics Psychiatric Commission, and the National Headquarters of Correctional Services Canada in Ottawa. Ms. Pang was commissioned by the B.C. Forensic Psychiatric Commission to develop the first comprehensive, "Standards and Guidelines for the Assessment, Treatment and Management of Sex Offenders in British Columbia". Ms. Pang also has extensive experience in statistical research and policy development, including in the areas of sex offenders, serious offenders, youth gangs, community policing, domestic violence, equity employment, and community outreach. Ms. Pang is one of the founders of The Society For The Policing Of Cyberspace (POLCYB). Based in Vancouver, Canada, POLCYB is an international society devoted to enhancing international collaboration and private-public partnerships to combat cybercrime. In addition to other consultation projects, Ms. Pang is also the Executive Director of POLCYB. Ms. Pang was awarded the prestigious Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2013. The medal was presented to Ms. Pang in recognition of her significant achievements and continuous contributions to the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP) mandate of "leading progressive change in policing".

Presently a Senior IT Security Consultant working with Public Safety, "Smart City" initiatives and GTAC Chief Development Officer. Dana previously was Director of Security Services at TELUS, a leading International telecommunications company based in Canada. Dana oversaw multiple Canadian and overseas locations responsible for enterprise-wide physical and logical integrated access control systems, audit compliance, corporate investigations, event planning, business continuity, on-board screening programs, and law enforcement liaison work including Lawful Intercept, warrant and subpoena programs. During his tenure with TELUS, Dana successfully developed and delivered the TELUS security plan for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver, established effective partnerships with Law Enforcement and Public Safety, redesigned and implemented a new executive protection program, and developed and delivered asset protection programs for network infrastructure, retail operations, supply chain security and data protection. The Security Services directorate has successfully transitioned from command and control to a strategic consulting partner with internal stakeholders, clients and both provincial and national law enforcement organizations. Ultimately a "Business Enabler" program with focus on an ESRM Enterprise Security Risk Management strategy.

Raymond H. Velez has worked for Eli Lilly and Company since 2004. He is currently the Regional Manager, Asia Pacific, Global Security, Eli Lilly And Company. In this role, he manages security and anti-counterfeiting operations in the Asia Pacific region. He is based in Bangkok. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and is currently on the Board of Directors of the "Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) Asia", a global supply chain association and "The Society For The Policing Of Cyberspace (POLCYB)", a global cybercrime organization. Prior to his current employment, Mr. Velez worked as the Senior Investigator for the Microsoft Corporation, Law and Corporate Affairs, responsible for IPR investigations in South Asia Pacific. Mr. Velez enjoyed a career at the US Federal Bureau Of Investigation (FBI). During his career he was assigned to various offices in the United States as well as Thailand, India and Pakistan. He has broad experience in complex investigations to include fraud, drug trafficking and terrorism. He has also conducted training of government agencies to include drug regulatory agencies, customs and the police throughout Asia and the United States.

Stuart was born in Bristol. Studied Law at Birmingham University. In 1983 joined Avon & Somerset Constabulary. In 1997 promoted to D/Superintendent in West Yorkshire Police and managed Crime departments. He moved to a SIO role in Bradford and later a Divisional Commander before transferring to manage Training. In 2003 he was promoted to Assistant Chief Constable of the West Midlands Police during this period he undertook a secondment to UK Immigration and returned to the West Midlands as ACC Operations with responsibility for England's second City, Birmingham. In 2009 he was promoted to Deputy Chief Constable Cumbria Police and served as its Temporary Chief Constable prior to retiring in 2014.
