Doug Boebinger is the founder and Chief Project Management Consultant and Trainer for Integrated Process Developers, Inc. (IPDI). He holds over 35 years profit and loss experience in project management and process re-engineering (LinkedIn profile). A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), Doug earned his Undergraduate and Graduate degrees from Purdue University. As the lead project management consultant to Ford Motor Company Powertrain Global Division, Mr. Boebinger created the MAPD® Strategy which is a revolutionary new project/process planning and execution strategy specifically designed for multi-team environments. Doug has spent his career assisting companies in various industries as a project manager and as a consultant and trainer to implement project management and improve their organization's processes. A current or former adjunct faculty member at various universities across the United States and Canada, Doug was the Project Management Department Chair and developer of the Bachelor of Science Project Management degree curriculum at Cleary University. He developed over 40 courses on project management, leadership and communications topics that have been taught to thousands of people from entry level to C level in numerous organizations, companies and governments around the world. Mr. Boebinger is also known as the former host of the radio show "It's Your Business" which aired in the Detroit and Southeastern Michigan area for several years. Boebinger is a six-time winner of the Masters Certificate in Project Management Award for Training Excellence from the Project Management Centre of Excellence at the Schulich Executive Education Centre. In his "spare" time, Doug runs an international non-profit helping people improve their personal lives.
