Don Williams is CEO of Princeton Healthcare Inc., and Princeton Technologies International, firms which specialize in providing support to healthcare, technology, and infrastructure companies worldwide. As a global solutions provider, Mr. Williams directs loans and investments to exporters, international companies and governmental agencies that are looking to develops financing and or technology platforms for hospitals, technology companies, and to support the development of major infrastructure project. Princeton has conducted business on five continents including North America, South America, Africa, Asia and Europe. Princeton is based in the Atlanta, Georgia, USA area and has a satellite office in Sao Paolo, Brazil. While an executive at several large international corporations, including Daimler Benz (Dornier Medical), Hewlett Packard, and Siemens, Mr. Williams handled international trade and financing transactions in Canada, Europe and Latin America, and developed healthcare technology and services markets in a number of emerging nations. Mr. Williams was also responsible for developing the USA market, for "new to the market" healthcare technologies. Mr. Williams was responsible for funding over $2 Billion in project transactions. As CEO of Princeton, Mr. Williams engineered the first sale of technology and equipment and structured finance to the West African nation of Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) that was underwritten by the Export-Import Bank of the United States. He has since completed numerous construction, equipment, service, and financing transactions in Asia, Africa, and recently in Latin America, and is now regarded as a leading authority in U.S. trade and financing for emerging markets. Princeton's financing achievements in Asia, and Africa, which lead to a receipt of a special award from the U.S. Department of Commerce. Over the last year, Mr. Williams developed the investment banking strategy, and orchestrated the merger of a leading Biotech Firm in South Korea with a US Public Company. Most recently, under the leadership of Mr. Williams and the Princeton Team, was Chief Advisor to the acquisition of a leading Hospital System in Brazil and a publicly traded company, Investment Company, and Advisor to the Investor acquiring a public company in the Caribbean. Williams was Vice-Chair and currently serves on the United States Department of Commerce's Industry Sector/Advisory Committee (ITAC 11) on international trade for Small/Medium-Sized Firms, the top governmental advisory group on small/medium sized businesses. Mr. Williams also serves as a Board Director for the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce for the Southeast Region. Mr. Williams also serves as a Board Advisor to Clark Atlanta University's School of Business. Williams was selected by former President Jimmy Carter to be a Member of the Board of Councilors of the Carter Center in Atlanta, the human rights institute founded by the former President. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelors Degree from Boston University and a Master in Management from Northeastern University. He is a graduate of Columbia University's Graduate School of Business, Executive Marketing & Business Program, and is currently completing a Masters in International Business (IP-International) from the University of Liverpool, England. Mr. Williams is a former Adjunct Professor of Finance, Marketing, Healthcare Business Strategy, and Business Policy.
