PRS

From start to finish, PRS was first-rate. We had our dishwasher leak and ruin our kitchen floors during the holidays. The PRS team worked to immediately mitigate our water damage and then helped us patiently navigate the insurance process and ultimate repair work. All staff were prompt, courteous, and respectful - which is not a given in today's environment. It was impressive. And project manager, Michael Brown, was especially fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive and worked to ensure a high-quality work product. We hope you don't need it, but we would recommend PRS to anyone who needs restoration and repair services... PRS is the company you want to call when you need help. We had a water pressure valve issue which damaged the floors in the main foyer. Mike went above and beyond to help us understand the mitigation and repair process. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family. We now have a new foyer with a tile and wood transition that we love...
