The land and buildings that make up the PRMC campus are owned by the Pratt County Hospital Board of Trustees. Members of the Pratt County Hospital Board are appointed by the Pratt County Commissioners. Most of the work done inside the buildings on the PRMC Campus and in PRMC Internal Medicine is managed by Pratt Regional Medical Center, Inc., which has its own Board of Directors and Executive Staff. PRMC, Inc., is a nonprofit (501(c)3) organization... PRMC is designated as the Sole Community Provider by the federal government and is a progressive medical center licensed by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. PRMC is Medicare-certified and accredited by DNV... Since 1951, PRMC has provided excellent, compassionate healthcare to South Central Kansas residents. That tradition of caring continues to this day, with PRMC's up-to-date facility and equipment, and most importantly, dedicated, superb medical and other staff.
