Jonathan Bahr is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Nevada since 2002. He has over 23 years experience in the geotechnical, environmental, construction management, code enforcement, and special inspection fields. Mr. Bahr has developed training, certification, and audit programs in the areas of earthwork construction, concrete construction, and masonry construction. Mr. Bahr has chaired and been a member in several accreditation and exam development committees including the International Code Council (ICC), International Accreditation Service (IAS), National Institute of Certified Engineering Technicians (NICET), and State of Nevada Contractor's Board.

Mark J. Hayes

Mark Hayes is the founder and CEO of Quality Assurance Consultants, LLC. He has more than 27 years of experience performing quality control/assurance inspection, management and non-destructive testing duties in the petrol-chemical, nuclear and building industries. Mark has been involved with projects ranging from off-shore oil platforms and related processing facilities to Navy nuclear propulsion systems, and from high-rise and complex building projects to amusement rides. He is currently employed by the largest building jurisdiction in Nevada.

Paul Lum is a registered professional engineer in California and Nevada. He has performed engineering, plans examination and management duties for more than 27 years in the building industry. His experience ranges from military and civil infrastructure projects to high-rise buildings, and from seismic and environmental assessments to building code evaluation and implementation. Recent notable projects include: Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino ($3.9 billion), Wynn Resort & Casino ($2.7 billion) and McCarran International Airport-Terminal 3 ($1.8 billion). Mr. Lum is currently employed by the largest building jurisdiction in Nevada.
