He has worked at all levels-including the top executive teams at Abbott, Ford, Kellogg, Kimberly Clark, and Sprint. He has also worked in numerous healthcare facilities, universities, and government agencies. He earned his B.A. from Lake Forest College and his M.A. from Trinity International University.
