Cassi Moore is a Corporate Trainer for RDR Group who specializes in diversity, resilience, and customer service. Cassi has directed a counseling program for a prominent Chicago school and has delivered training at RDR for almost a decade.
Heidi Petersen is a Corporate Trainer for RDR Group who specializes in diversity, customer service, and change management. She has been engaging audiences for over ten years with her facilitation skills, enthusiasm, and storytelling abilities.
Nancy is Operations Manager for RDR Group. She is the center of communication and overall operations for the firm. In addition to handling payroll and accounting functions, Nancy is the "go-to" person for fellow employees as well as clients.

He has worked at all levels-including the top executive teams at Abbott, Ford, Kellogg, Kimberly Clark, and Sprint. He has also worked in numerous healthcare facilities, universities, and government agencies. He earned his B.A. from Lake Forest College and his M.A. from Trinity International University.
