R & A was set up by Late Mr. Narayan Rathi in 1988. In 1992, Mr. Shridhar B. Burde, Company Secretary joined as a Partner. In 1999, Mr. Himanshu S. Kamdar was admitted as a Partner of the Firm. In 2010, Mr. Shridhar B. Burde resigned from the firm due to health related reasons. In 2011, Mr. Jayesh Shah was admitted as a Partner. On 2nd August 2011, R&A unfortunately lost its Founder Mr. Narayan Rathi due to sudden and sad demise. With effect from August 2011, Ms. Neha R. Lahoty, Company Secretary and Daughter of Late Mr. Rathi was admitted as a Partner of the Firm.
