Calvin Tabata is a business consultant providing assistance to businesses and financial institutions in the areas of sales management, marketing, financial management and product development. Formerly, he served as the Senior Regional Manager and Senior Vice President of the Pacific Northwest for Bank of the West. He supervised the Retail Branches and Small Business marketing for Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. As a President's Club recipient 7 times, he received numerous awards for sales and management. His 38 years of experience spans a variety of areas in retail banking, commercial banking, financial services, and insurance. His education includes a Bachelor's Degree from Lewis and Clark College, and a graduate of the School for Executive Development at the University of Washington and Advanced Marketing School for Financial Institutions at Ohio State University. He is the Chief instructor of the Northwest Ki Federation, has been awarded the 8 th Degree Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido Rank and is the Chairman of the Board of the Oregon Ki Society. The Northwest Ki Federation has schools located in Oregon, California, Hawaii, Vancouver, Canada, Calgary Canada, Czech Republic and United Kingdom, overseeing approximately, 2,000 students. He is also the special business advisor to the World Ki Federation Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Gregg Yamanaka

Gregg Yamanaka has had careers in law, banking, real estate, hospitality and training for over 35 years in Hawaii. He began by practicing real estate and banking law in Hawaii and still maintains an active license. In the banking industry, he ran 1 st Nationwide Bank Hawaii and HonFed Bank's retail banking division. He served as a member of the Hawaii Real Estate Commission and the Hawaii Community Development Authority; and as President of Resco, the parent organization of Locations Inc, including its property management and mortgage brokerage companies. Active in community affairs, he has served on over twenty community Boards, such as the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii, the Aloha United Way, the Good Beginnings Alliance, Young Presidents Organization, Hawaii Executive Conference, Child & Family Service, the Honolulu Symphony, Family Service America, and the University of Hawaii's ‘Ahahui Koa Anuenue. He was also Chair of the State's Workforce Development Council; and has chaired other educational, charitable and small business task forces. A graduate of Punahou School, he earned his BA from Stanford University and his JD from Hastings College of the Law, University of California.

Hiroyuki Isobe

Hiroyuki Isobe is the the chairman and founder of Japan Valuers Co., Ltd. in Tokyo, Japan and a Founding Partner of International Realty Valuation, Inc. He has been actively engaged in real estate valuation since 1978, as a certified real estate appraiser (Japan). Since establishing his appraisal firm in 1983, Mr. Isobe has performed various consulting in regard to city planning, project, feasibility studies, and market researches on behalf of the public sector anddevelopers in Japan during 1980s, as well as advisory services for U.S. real estate investment by Japanese investors and standard appraisal services. He has overseas valuation and advisoryexperience in the U.S., specifically New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, North Carolina, California, and Hawaii, as well as Saipan. Valuation and advisory services have alsobeen provided to the Embassies of the U.S., Peru, and Australia in Tokyo. Recently, Japan Valuers Co., Ltd. has also performed the valuation and advisory in Myanmar, Malaysia, New Zealand, Guam, and Hawaii. Since the mid-1990s, Mr. Isobe has been working for various U.S./European-based institutional investors for the purpose of due diligence at the time of acquiring non-performing loans and distressed properties. He is one of the few Japanese appraisers who seriously applied the discounted cash flow analysis into the real estate valuation. After the real estate securitization scheme came into effect in early 2000s, Mr. Isobe has been involved in numerous appraisals of domestic and global J-REITs and private funds. Mr. Isobe had been a Special Lecturer with the Department of Architecture in the School of Engineering at Nihon University for 27 years, and had been a part-time lecturer at the graduate school at Waseda University and Nihon University for 10 years. He was honored to be the first Japanese person to receive the CRE designation in 1988, and has been a FRICS since 2006. Jerry Wu is a Chinese American who grew up in San Diego, California. Having first visited China as an intern of the United Nations in 1984, Jerry spent the next 20 years in the field of financial services and direct investments. After becoming the Finance Director for the Hsieh Feng Group of Taiwan, Jerry went to graduate school with an ensuing career at the investment bank of Morgan Stanley in NYC. Having served as the Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers and ING Barings, Jerry left Wallstreet with glory. Jerry has been running his own private equity investment company since 1997. As Managing Partner of JLT Capital, Jerry has been serving either as Investor, Advisor or Director of the following companies: Alibaba.com, KGI Asia, Cybermart, 2bSURE.com, 3Plus Logistics, Great wall Holdings and Lester Technologies. In addition, Jerry is currently an Independent Board Member of CellStar Communications (Asia). As member of "The Commanderie de Bordeaux", and having lived in Europe and South America, Jerry boasts decent wine collections from old and new world (as long as of equitable "VALUE" and suited for the right occasions). In his spare time, he enjoys music, dancing, swimming and golf. Jerry has recently moved to Shanghai and looking forward to becoming better acclimatized to the city where his father graduated and left (Fudan 48), and a BRAND NEW society, which he first visited 20 years ago.

Jon Yamaguchi is also the principal of Yamaguchi & Yamaguchi Inc. (www.yamaguchiinc.com), a real estate appraisal and consulting company that has been established since 1967. He has been in the real estate business for over 40 years and is respected for his diverse knowledge of real estate issues and properties in Hawaii and the Pacific Rim. He is a Realtor of the National Association of Realtors, a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Hawaii, designated CRE of the Counselors of Real Estate Counselors, designated CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Member, Member of NAR, a designated SRPA, SRA of the Appraisal Institute and a Certified General Appraiser licensed in the State of Hawaii. Robert M. Taylor

Robert M. Taylor is the founder of the Robert M. Taylor Corporation and the REMM Group, an Accredited Real Estate Management Organization (AMO). He is President of REMM International, Inc., which specializes in business development between the United States and the People's Republic of China. The firm was established in 1978 and is a real estate consultant and manager of shopping centers, office buildings, industrial and residential properties in the Western U.S. Mr. Taylor is a graduate of the Mihaylo College of Business Administration and Economics at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), obtaining a BA in 1967 and a MBA in 1973. He has been active in the promotion of international real estate management in the former Soviet Union and People's Republic of China. Mr. Taylor was one of the founders of the first real estate school in Russia in the early 1990's and has lectured at St. Petersburg Technical University. He has been a consultant to government ministries and private enterprises in the People's Republic of China since 1996. In 2004 he was awarded the James Felt Creative Counseling Award from the Counselors of Real Estate for his consulting activity in China. Mr. Taylor is also a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), Certified Shopping Center Manager {CSM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), FIABC-USA International Property Consultant (FIPC), and Certified International Property Specialist {CIPS). Stephanie Yamaguchi

Stephanie has over 35 years of mixed business experience beginning with juggling two jobs during her initial 11 years of employment. Her career began as an employee for a large local family owned super market chain, Star Market. She also worked simultaneously as an accounts clerk at Straub Clinic & Hospital. In the late 1970's and the early 1980's she worked at her family's retail store in the Hawaiian Regent Hotel (now Marriott Waikiki) in the capacity of manager, merchandise buyer and bookkeeper. In addition, she managed and renovated family owned investment condominiums and apartment buildings in Hawaii. For over twenty years, Stephanie worked in the insurance and securities industry; accomplishing her Series 7 license, working as an independent agent for ManuLife (formerly Manufacturer's Life Insurance Co.), Royal Alliance and Ameritas Securities groups. In 1999 she formed Allstate Home Inspection and Environmental Testing Services of Hawaii, as a certified building inspector. Currently, she is the Executive Vice President of Yamaguchi & Yamaguchi, Inc. where she is an investment analyst and assists in business development, real estate consulting and community affairs. She is a licensed agent of REMM Pacific Realty LLC and serves as its vice president. The value of her wide range of business experience is demonstrated by her ability to be pro-active, reactive and solve any business issue. Her hobbies include golf, traveling, cooking and assisting her favorite charities.
