We strive to deliver bakery products of superior quality for the retail and food service sector in North America. What started as producing bakery items for A&P has developed into the manufacturing of artisan products that we have a passion for... All bakery facilities are GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) certified. We have three operating facilities, encompassing more than 100,000 square feet of production based in the GTA.
