Charlene started with RiskWise in March of 2021. She manages all pre-qualification database activity for our clients to insure their documentation is accurate, up to date, and in compliance.

Christine joined RiskWise as an intern in Spring 2019, and has since grown into a key member of the team. With a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from Louisiana State University, she now expertly manages all HR functions and oversees Payables.

Jesse Allen joined the RiskWise Team as a Safety Specialist, where his duties rang from managing pre-qualification databases to performing on-site hazard inspections. A proud alumni of Southeastern Louisiana University, Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment, and leverages his academic expertise to ensure our clients achieve the highest standards of safety.
Kacey, a Virginia native, is an Administrative Assistant armed with a degree in English from Longwood University. Her skills in communication and organization play a crucial role in streamlining office operations.
Maria has been with RiskWise since its inception in 2001. Maria holds a degree from LSU in Finance. She handles day-to-day operations, Scheduling, Billing, and Quality Management.
Bursting onto the RiskWise scene in February 2022, Rachel, an alumni of Louisiana State University, has since then been our marketing maven and in-house graphic designer. She shapes our vision into reality, one campaign and creative masterpiece at a time.

Ricky has been with RiskWise since 2014. Ricky holds his Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS). Ricky is a specialist in DOT, Construction & Industrial, Medic First Aid Instructor Trainer and Railroad Safety.
Ricky Roberts began his career with RiskWise in September of 2014 as a safety consultant. Since that time he has grown professionally and is now our Manager of Safety Services and DOT Specialist. With his experience in a number of industries including transportation, construction and oil & gas he was a perfect fit to assist our customers reduce risk.
Ricky is married to Christie who together have five children and three granddaughters, or how Ricky states it she has five children, and he has three granddaughters. (We won't speak of the dogs, rabbits, and other animals).
He enjoys hunting & fishing, reading westerns and his Bible. You can always find him stirring a pot, as he loves to cook. He cooks in competitions but most of all he cooks to help others when he can help someone.
When asked about his tenure here at RiskWise he response stating that he loves the people he works with and enjoys being able to meet and grow to know so many of our customers. He regards all as family.
He is known by many names…his RiskWise family knows him as RBB…that is a story you will have to ask him to tell! He is known as Pops or Uncle Ricky by his friends and family.
Something many don't know about Ricky is that he was once known as Buttons…Yes, he was a Shriner clown which isn't hard to believe if you know how much he likes to help people and is always trying to make you smile.
Travis started with RiskWise in early 2021. He has been a great addition to our team. Travis holds a Master's in Safety Education and is a Graduate Safety Professional. Travis is a Specialist in Environmental, Safety, and Risk Mitigation.

Victoria has been with RiskWise since March of 2010 as an intern. After graduating with a degree from LSU in General Business in 2016 she became full-time. She has been in Marketing and Sales; you will see her at all events. She is not shy so make sure to say Hello when you see her!
