Chris joined the agency May of 2023 as an experienced sales professional. He has been a representative in Georgia, Alabama, Eastern Tennessee and the Florida panhandle for 45 years. Chris takes pride in his responsiveness and follow through. He has a reputation for being there when you need him.
Chris enjoys spending time with his family including Karen, his wife of 39 years, his son Kevin, daughter Katie, and his grandson Cameron. In his spare time, Chris enjoys most sports and continues to play softball.

Danielle rejoined the agency in January of 2021 as an experienced tabletop professional. She takes pride in building relationships with customers and assisting them every step of the way. She is extremely passionate about the hospitality industry and is spreading her charm, personality and professionalism throughout Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties.
Danielle is success-driven and loves to interact with people which makes her ideal for our industry. She also enjoys biking, trying new restaurants and spending quality time with her daughter.
James joined the agency in 1991, working alongside Ed Crocker. He became partner in 1996, and assumed ownership in 2003. He manages operations from the administrative offices located in Palm City, Florida.
A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, James earned a BS in Business with concentration in Hotel Administration. James also attended a 3-year Advanced Program at Arizona State University to earn the designation of Certified Professional Manufacturer's Representative.
Prior to joining the agency, he worked 7 years for Marriott Corporation and 3 years as Food and Beverage Director at Marsh Landing Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Collectively, James posesses over 30 years of experience.
Partner/Sales Associate - Territory: Orlando, Central and North Florida
John joined the agency in January of 2021. Located near Orlando, FL, he covers our Central and North East Florida territories. John has over 30 years of hospitality experience including operations, distribution sales, and manufacturer sales.
He has an extensive tabletop and buffet background, yet is also well versed in small equipment, smallwares, and chemicals. He is an established sales professional dedicated to building long-term relationships with customers.
John is a firm believer in sincerity and providing great experiences. He is an avid boater and angler and loves being out on the salt water with his family. He also enjoys golfing and football and is an avid Bulls fan.
Justin joined the agency in April of 2000, covering key accounts in Orlando such as Walt Disney, Universal, and Darden throughout the West Coast of Florida.
With a degree in Accounting from the University of Tampa, Justin was named All American in competitive soccer.
Consequently, Justin went on to play on both the 1992 U.S. National Soccer Team and the 1992 U.S. Olympic Soccer Team as goalie. Justin also completed a 3-year Advanced Program at Arizona State University to earn the designation of Certified Professional Manufacturer's Representative.
His industry-related experience includes sales at the distributor level for Superior Products, and Senior Manager for Steak and Ale. His vast experience, and an overwhelming desire to satisfy his customers makes Justin a true asset.

Kathleen joined the agency in December of 2014. She oversees all Finance and Business Development from Tampa, FL.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Wellesley College, and her MBA in Finance, with Distinction, from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
Kathleen has an extensive background in finance, both in the healthcare industry, and for Fortune 500 companies such as Mobil Corporation and Dun & Bradstreet Corporation.
She brings with her experience working for large corporations in Executive Management, now devoting her experience, knowledge, and expertise to the small business arena. We continue to build our business around her talents and business acumen.
Sales Associate - Territory: Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe Counties, Fort Lauderdale through the Keys
Kevin joined the agency in November of 2022. He began working in foodservice in 2010, when he partnered with his family to open a breakfast and lunch cafe in South Florida. After moving to Orlando several years later, he worked for a mattress company selling number beds. Combining his sales and foodservice skills, he grew into his career as a Manufacturer's rep selling dinnerware, glassware, flatware and outdoor furniture.
Kevin is a drummer and in his spare time he enjoys traveling, taking his dog to the beach, and visiting the theme parks in Florida.
