Alice M. Walker joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 2019. She is a Senior Accountant in the Tax Services Division. Prior to joining the firm, Alice was a tax intern for a regional CPA firm and also worked for the accounting faculty at the University of Southern Indiana (USI). She recently passed all sections of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam.
Alice is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Southern Indiana (USI) with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Professional Services. While attend ing USI, she received various awards and recogni tions: the BKD Accounting Award Scholarship, the Craig R. Ehlen Scholarship, and the Provost Top Transfer Scholarship. Bobbi J. Cunningham, CPP joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 1989. Bobbi is the Director of the Client Accounting Services Division. She is dedicated to serving the business needs for large and small businesses. Carla J. Dowell, CPA joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 1996 and became a shareholder in 2016. She also serves as the Director of Audit and Assurance Services Division. Prior to joining the firm, she spent seven years in public accounting with a large regional CPA firm in Evansville, Indiana. She has a strong background in both audit and tax with over 27 years of experience in public accounting.
She has extensive audit and assurance experience with non-profit, governmental organizations, foundations, and retirement plans.

Cassidy L. Kreisle joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 2021. She is a staff member in the Client Accounting Services Division. Prior to joining Riney Hancock CPAs, she worked for a regional financial institution.
She has accounting services experience, including, but not limited to, creating and maintaining general ledgers, preparing journal entries, preparing accounts payables, and payroll processing.
Cassidy graduated from Owensboro Community and Technical College with an Associates in Applied Science with a focus in Accounting and Business Management.

Edna Syra Barnes, CPA joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 1983 as a staff accountant and became a shareholder in 1992. She has provided a full range of practice management consulting services to physicians, dentists and other healthcare providers.
She represents Riney Hancock CPAs as the national consulting firm for the healthcare services program of Allinial Global and is a frequent speaker on healthcare topics at the local, regional, and national levels. She is an honors graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Gregory L. Moore, CPA, CFP, PFS, CRC joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 1976 and became a shareholder in 1980. Greg is Director of the Financial Advisory Services division. For more than 30 years, he has provided a full range of financial advisory and planning services to both large and small businesses, their owners and employees, and individual clients. He is a frequent speaker for companies and civic and community organizations, including Green River Area Development, Bristol Myers Squibb, Rotary, and the Estate Planning Council.
He has extensive industry experience in serving clients in the construction, insurance, real estate and HUD-assisted entities.In addition, Greg is an Investment Advisory Representative with RiverCities Asset Management, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor which provides fee only investment services.
Greg is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters degree in Accounting.

Irina S. Kulikov joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 2022, when the Evansville firm of Umbach and Associates joined Riney Hancock CPAs. She is a staff accountant in the tax services division of the firm.
She has extensive experience in providing tax, payroll, and accounting services for clients, as well as financial reporting services.

J. Adam Hancock, CPA, CVA, CFE, joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 2005 and became a shareholder in 2013. Adam is Managing Shareholder/ President of the firm and also serves as the Director of the Consulting Services Division. Adam has extensive experience in business valuation, fraud investigation, litigation support, audit, and operation improvement. Along with providing various services to community banks, governmental entities, federal programs, non-profit organizations, utilities, small businesses, and individuals, he is active in many professional and civic organizations.
Adam continues to gain further expertise in these areas and has attained his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credentials from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. He has also attained his Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credentials from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

James Thomas "JT" Jarboe joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 2021. JT is a Supervisor in the Tax Services Division. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a regional accounting firm in Indianapolis. JT has several years of experience in providing tax compliance and advisory services to multinational and multistate companies, as well as planning and consulting for small business owners.

Jayla C. Burgess joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 2023. She is a Staff I Accountant in the Audit and Assurance Services Division. Jennifer H. Gudorf, CPA, joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 2022, when the Evansville firm of Umbach and Associates joined Riney Hancock CPAs. Jordan M. Turner joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 2022. She is a Staff II Accountant in the Tax Services Division. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a tax intern with a national CPA firm, and as a graduate assistant for the accounting department at Western Kentucky University. Joseph A. Hancock, CPA, CGMA joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 1974 after working several years with a national accounting firm in Cincinnati. He became a shareholder in 1977 and served as Managing Shareholder / President from 1987 to June 30, 2015. He currently serves as a consultant with Riney Hancock. He provides a full range of business advisory services to a wide variety of clients ranging from large corporations to small proprietorships.
He has experience serving a wide variety of industries including banking, construction, governmental, healthcare, HUD, manufacturing, retirement plans, utility, and various non-profit organizations. Services he provides include directing numerous specialized engagements relating to accounting system design, financial management, forecasting, and budgeting.
He has served as President of the Kentucky Society of CPAs, Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce and other organizations. He was selected Outstanding Young Man of Kentucky by the Kentucky Jaycees. His board of director involvement has included the American Institute of CPAs, Kentucky State Board of Accountancy, Allinial Global, Leadership Kentucky and many other civic and professional organizations.

Scott L. Clay, CPA, joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 1982 and became shareholder in 2006. He manages and reviews the preparation of various federal, state, and local tax returns. He assists clients in disputes with various tax jurisdictions and provides advice on structuring business transactions in a tax efficient manner. His diversified public accounting background also includes significant involvement in audits of electric cooperatives, utilities, and governmental entities. Prior to joining the firm, he spent five years as a chief financial officer of a major independent coal mining company employing approximately 200 persons and having annual gross revenues ranging from $40 to $50 million. He had total responsibility for financial reporting, cash management, and tax planning functions, and negotiated terms with customers, financial institutions, insurance providers, and vendors.

He retired from his active role as a Shareholder with Riney Hancock CPAs in July 2023, and now serves as a consultant for the firm.
