Jim started with Marco in 1985 as a project manager after attending UW Stout for a BS in Industrial Technology. Jim worked his way up to Vice President with Marco Construction and eventually partnered with Reg Plowman to buy the company and reincorporate it as RJ Marco Construction, where he has been Vice President since 1992.
