Owned and operated by Mike and Brittney Peterson RSI concessions is a family operated company that goes back three generations. Mike Peterson took over operations from his Grandfather in 1997 after graduating with a degree in business from Westmont College. Mike has successfully led the company as it has evolved from a cart company into a one of the most high profile operations at California's largest fairs.
