Rancho Colibrí is a manifestation of regenerative agriculture that is a part of Holland International Consultants / Policy Consulting. For almost 50 years the Holland Family has been conducting sociological research in California and Latin America, and published Mesoamerica and the Encyclopedia of Religion for Latin America and the Caribbean. The mission of the family run Institute for Central American Studies is to promote the well-being of the people and land of Central America. To create Rancho Colibrí a cattle ranch was segregated, and the plateau extending 30 hectares (75 acres) across the top of the property became our headquarters.
