Mr. Bvumbe is a self-motivated economist with a wealth of experience in public policy at both domestic and international levels. He is the Permanent Secretary (Non-Accounting) - Head - Public Debt Management Office in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development. He has previously served in various capacities in the World Bank Group including as Executive Director, Africa Group as well as in the African Development Bank. A career public servant, Mr. Bvumbe is a pragmatic problem solver with strong networking and organisational effectiveness skills as well as a depth of economic development issues, including central banking, macroeconomics, international finance and economic transformation. Mr Bvumbe holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Economics degrees both from the University of Zimbabwe.
Mrs. Malaba is currently running a Financial Services consulting business. She is a director in a listed Mining entity, a Financial Services and Micro lending company as well as chairs a Development and Cultural Trust. Mrs Malaba has previously worked in a listed blue-chip company as Supply Chain Director and General Manager - Operations. Previously, she was the Head of Internal Audit and Risk for the same company as well as the Vice President of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Mrs Malaba is a Chartered Accountant registered with both the Zimbabwe Institute and the South Africa Institute. Mrs Malaba holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the University of Zimbabwe, a Bachelor of Commerce and Accounting and post graduate diploma in Auditing from the University of South Africa. Cynthia has had an opportunity to visit and work in regional and global markets.

Mr. Hoto is an accomplished business leader and currently holds the reins at First Mutual Holdings Limited as Group Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Mathematics (UZ) and is a qualified Actuary with more than 23 years' experience. He is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries of the United Kingdom 1999 (FIFA), and is also a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (FASSA).
In addition to his many directorships, Mr. Hoto is involved in community transformation initiatives focusing on education. He works closely with national development organizations and is the past Chairman for Zimbabwe National Statistics Agency (ZIMSTAT).
He serves on a number of boards and is a past Chairman of the Actuarial Society of Zimbabwe, and also a past Chairman and finance committee Chairman of the Insurance and Pensions Commission (IPEC).
Mr. Hoto has recently been appointed as Chairman of Council at the University of Zimbabwe and is a member of several UZ Committees.

Mr. Mavhembu is the Deputy Director- International Tourism Directorate in the Ministry of Tourism and Hospitality Industry. He has worked in various senior capacities within the Ministry of Tourism and Hospitality Industry including being the Acting Director (Tourism) and Acting Under Secretary (Tourism). Mr Mavhembu was the Co-Chairperson for the Zimbabwe/Zambia Joint Technical Committee on the UNWTO General Assembly held in Victoria Falls. He holds a Master of Science degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Zimbabwe, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Tourism Management from Azaliah University and various certificates in Tourism and Hospitality Management as well as Certificate in Education (ZFETC). He is also a member of the renowned Professional Tourism Institutes.

Dr. L. Mabhanga is an electrical engineer by profession with a passion for business strategy, corporate governance and business and economic intelligence. He is a holder of a Master's degree in Business and Economic Intelligence and a PhD in Business Administration, majoring in Strategy and Competitiveness. An accomplished business leader and strategy expert, he sits on the Board of Trustees of The Zimbabwe YMCA. He has led and represented the country on a number of trade missions in Turkey, Algiers, and Botswana, and he is the past president of the National Business Council of Zimbabwe. Dr. L. Mabhanga is also a dedicated community leader. He sponsors three awards at his alma mater and was the Kadoma City Councillor from 2013 to 2018
Mr. Taputaira is a professional and business leader, with over 19 years experience in ICT and Business development projects. He has worked for various companies including a listed hospitality company as Project Manager, ICT Director, Projects Director and Development Director. In his different roles, Givemore has worked on various projects, in the country and across Africa and worked with various regional and international partnerships and brands to deliver value. He holds a Bachelor of Science General degree and a Masters' in Business Administration degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He is currently the co-founder and Managing Director at Digital Edge Solutions.

Laurence Dhemba is the current Human Resources Director for the Company. He has over 10 years' experience in Human Resource Management including being the Company's Group Human Resources & Administration Manager for over 5 years. During this time, Laurence won the Hotels Association of Zimbabwe (HAZ) Mischeck Manyuma's Best Manpower Development Award in 2017. He has worked for Skie Gems (Pvt) Ltd, Proficiency Consulting Group International and Zimplats (Pvt) Limited.
Laurence holds a Masters in Strategic Management & Corporate Governance as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management Degree both from the Midlands State University. He is a member of the Institute of People Management in Zimbabwe.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Chibota worked for Philips International in the Netherlands and in Zimbabwe for 22 years and as a Philips Distributor with Destiny Electronics for 12 years. He rose in Philips to be the Finance Director. In 1998, he was elevated to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Philips Zimbabwe and from 2004 of Destiny Electronics unti 2015. He was then offered a Philips Distributorship in Healthcare for Zimbabwe and Malawi which he manages under Horizon Health Services as the owner and Chief Executive Officer. Over the years, Mr. Chibota participated as a board member in several public and private companies.

Mr. Tichaona Hwingwiri is an expert hotelier with over 20 years' experience in the hospitality industry. He has held the positions of Divisional Executive, Group Operations Executive, Operations Manager and General Manager with some of the country's key players in the hospitality industry. He has experience at local, regional and international levels and has received extensive training in Dubai, Singapore and Australia, in areas of revenue management, brand standards and service excellence from the globally recognized Intercontinental Hotel Group who are the custodians of the Holiday Inn and Crown Plaza Brands. He is the holder of a Master's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Zimbabwe with Distinctions in Strategic Management and Financial Management. Tichaona graduated with Higher National Diploma from Bulawayo School of Hotel Management in 1996. He is the ccurrent President of the Zimbabwe Council for Tourism.

Mr. Mtukwa is the Finance Director. He is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales (ICAEW). Mr Mtukwa has previously held accounting positions at Unilever Zimbabwe and Mobil Oil. He holds an Honours Degree in applied accounting and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He has vast experience at senior management level including years of serving in the position of Group Finance Manager and Group Management Accountant for Rainbow Tourism Group.

Mr. Chitsato has over 15 years of experience in internal audit and risk management. He has worked for OK Zimbabwe limited, Thomas Meikles Retail Group and Starafrica Corporation in various management levels in internal audit shops and finance departments. Mr. Chitsato is a certified Internal Auditor and he holds a Master of Science degree in Audit Management and Consultancy from Birmingham City University and he is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Zimbabwe

Mr. Marware has leadership experience in hotel operations, sales & marketing and business development spanning over 15 years. He has extensive pan-African experience gained from Cresta Hotels (Zimbabwe, Botswana and Zambia) and African Sun Hotels (Zimbabwe, South Africa, Zambia, Botswana, Nigeria, and Ghana). Mr. Marware has expertise in developing and growing regional (Africa) and international markets (North America, Europe and Asia) while participating in strategic and operational initiatives, market research & development and project appraisals. Shupai holds a Masters in Business Leadership (MBL) degree with the University of South Africa (UNISA), Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management (UZ), Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing Communications with the Institute of Marketing Management of South Africa (IMM) and an ACCA Diploma in Financial Management (DipFM; ACCA UK).
Tapiwa Mari is a registered legal practitioner. He has over 8 years' experience in corporate and commercial law, having handled various transactions. Tapiwa holds a LLBS Honours from the University of Zimbabwe and a Masters Degree in Corporate Law from UNISA.

Mr. Madziwanyika sits on the board of directors of Rainbow Tourism Group as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining RTG, Mr Madziwanyika held senior positions in the FMCG and hospitality industries including, being the Managing Director of a listed hospitality group in Zimbabwe. He is a past President of the Zimbabwe Council for Tourism. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (B Compt.) from the University of South Africa and a Master of Business Administration (with distinction) from Hull University (United Kingdom).
