The Self- Assessment/Planning Tool for Implementing Recovery-Oriented Mental Health Services (SAPT) was developed by a team of faculty, consumers, and service providers at the University of South Florida's Florida Mental Health Institute (FMHI) under contract to Florida's Medicaid Authority, the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). The SAPT helps mental health service provider agencies translate the recovery vision to effective policies and practices.
