In 2005, when based in Johannesburg, Suzanne started the United Professional Sales Association of Southern Africa - a Section 21 non-profit organisation, run by sales professionals, for sales professionals. At the time of UPSA-SA's launch, it was a local chapter of UPSA - a global non-profit organisation headquartered in Washington D.C. The international association has since been absorbed into ASTD, the American Society for Training and Development, which is a global training and development authority. She regularly reviews sales and sales management training programmes offered by universities and international sales training organisations... SalesBytes offers strategic sales consulting which encompasses sales talent recruitment services, sales coaching and in-company sales onboarding programmes... Our business has shown phenomenal growth in the last years and I truly feel that Suzanne's influence was a catalyst.
