Heather P. Condon

HEATHER P. CONDON earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University in 2001, and her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2007. While in law school, Ms. Condon served as the literary editor for Pepperdine's Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law, and also completed a summer externship for the Honorable John T. Noonan of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Condon focuses her practice on complex business litigation, with a particular emphasis on professional liability disputes and insurance coverage and bad faith claims. Ms. Condon has experience in all stages of litigation from inception to trial and has represented both individuals and entities in both federal and state court proceedings. Ms. Condon was also named a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2013 - 2019.

MICHAEL G. BOSKO (1966 - 2022) received his A.B. degree in psychology from Stanford University in 1987 and his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1992. He is a litigator with more than twenty-five years of advocacy experience in business, insurance coverage, intellectual property, financial, real estate, securities, consumer, and employment disputes and appeals, including class actions and federal multidistrict litigation.331) Mr. Bosko is a member of the State Bar of California since 1992, and of the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also licensed as a broker by the California Department of Real Estate, and taught for several years as an adjunct instructor and guest lecturer at Whittier Law School.

Susan L. Goodkin

SUSAN L. GOODKIN received her A.B. degree in History in 1980 from Harvard University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude. She received an M.A. degree in Politics and Economics in 1983 from Oxford University, where she studied on a Rhodes Scholarship. She received her J.D. degree cum laude, in 1985 from Harvard Law School. From 1986 to 1990, Ms. Goodkin was a Deputy Attorney General in the Environmental Section of the California Attorney General's Office. In 1990 she founded her own practice. In addition to her litigation practice, she became Associate Director of the Negotiation Strategy Institute, where she coordinated programs on legal ethics and negotiation. Ms. Goodkin has been involved in and responsible for administrative proceedings and civil litigation in a wide variety of subject matters. Her areas of experience include environmental and land use, insurance, education, employment, appellate litigation and complex litigation. She has also helped draft state and local ballot initiatives. Ms. Goodkin is a member of the State Bar of California. From 1992-1993 she served on the Executive Committee of the Environmental Law Section of the California State Bar. She also lectures nationally on legal ethics and negotiation.
