Mr. Hayden concentrates his practice on medical malpractice, premises liability, wrongful death, motor vehicle negligence, and other personal injury cases. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at a well-respected Miami law firm where he gained valuable experience representing large corporations and land/ship owners against similar claims. This experience provides him with inside knowledge of how these companies operate and how to best advocate for his clients against them and maximize case value. Mr. Hayden has tried numerous jury trials to verdict and has represented clients in international arbitration proceedings. He is the past Chair of the Palm Beach County Justice Association's Young Lawyer Board, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers 2023 and by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star every year since 2017.
Mr. Hayden earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school he served as a law clerk with the 15th Judicial Circuit in West Palm Beach, worked at a prominent South Florida litigation firm, and interned with the international talent agency William Morris Endeavor. Before law school, he graduated from the University of Florida with a Business Administration degree, majoring in Marketing, and is an active participant in the UF Alumni Association.
When he's not representing clients, Mr. Hayden enjoys weekend adventures with his mini-me Owen and wife Bettina, cheering on the Gators, and working on his kitchen skills in case he's ever offered his own cooking/reality show.

Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Mr. Cummings is a civil trial attorney whose practice is concentrated on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, and wrongful death cases throughout Florida. Mr. Cummings received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University College of Law.

Mr. Dickenson is a Civil Trial attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of Personal Injury Protection and Tort Liability claims.
Prior to attending law school Mr. Dickenson was employed in the telecommunications industry in a variety of technical and management capacities in both network and network engineering departments. During this time Mr. Dickenson served South Florida counties during disaster recovery operations following the hurricanes of 2004 and 2005. Following the disaster recovery operations Mr. Dickenson worked as a facility design engineer helping facilitate the launch of internet protocol television in South Florida.
As an attorney Mr. Dickenson has been active in litigation and has participated in jury trials with gross verdicts exceeding $14M and $3M, respectively. Mr. Overbeck is a Board Certified Civil Trial lawyer, specializing in car crashes, premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice. Mr. Overbeck has practiced law in South Florida since 1992, and served as a Past President of the Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association and Past President of the Guild of Florida Catholic Lawyers in Palm Beach County.
Mr. Baxter lives in Jupiter with his wife, Helene, and their identical twin daughters and aspiring artists, Madisen and Maysen. A former state champion goalkeeper, Mr. Baxter enjoys competing in adult soccer tournaments around the country.
