Since gaining a BSc Degree in computing in IT Sligo I have been working in the IT Industry for 13 years. I started with Socrates approx. 10 years ago. Initially I worked on the helpdesk and as the team grew I moved into a support team lead role. I am now the Practice Support Manager for Clanwilliam Health with responsibility for support teams in both Sligo & Dublin, supporting a host of different products.
