Dominga Reyes

She is the face you more often see at the front desk when visiting our office. Dominga Reyes joined our team in June of 2019, and she was very excited to serve in a Law Office job in the USA. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, she is fluent in Spanish. She holds an Associate Degree in Accounting with minors in Commerce and Business Administration. She attended Business School at O & M University in the Dominican Republic. In the past, Dominga worked as a Secretary for The Inspection Department of the Dominican Republic's Department of Tourism, where she was kept as a permanent employee after completing her internship due to her hard work at providing administrative support and for having excellent communication and listening skills. Dominga uses her excellent organizational and communicational skills to the completion of daily operations at the firm. In addition, she is a polite, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual which results on offering our clients great costumer service. She is a great asset to our administrative team. Eliana Castano Miah is an Immigration Paralegal with the law firm of Parsekian & Solomon, P.C., assisting our attorneys with family-based cases, handling matters including, but not limited to, marriage cases, naturalization, battered spouse, political asylum and fiancé petitions. Prior to serving as an Immigration Paralegal, Ms. Castano Miah, served as a Legal Assistant and was responsible for various administrative duties at one of the branches of the General's Attorney office in Colombia. Ms. Castano Miah attended Law School in Colombia. She is passionate about helping our clients navigate the complicated immigration system and she is fluent in Spanish and English.

She received a B.A. from Boston College in 1992 in History and Spanish. Ms. Fortunato is a member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar and the New York State Bar. She is also a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is married and the mother of three children. She is proficient in Spanish.
