Anita Arnold

Anita Arnold joined the SQA Group in May 2014 with over 10 years' of experience in Project Management, Business Development, Software Quality Assurance, Website Development and Social Media Marketing. Anita studied and earned her Bachelor of Science in Art Conservation at Marist College in New York and also studied and worked in Florence, Italy at the Lorenzo de Medici Institute. Co-Founder of the International Technical Certification Institute (ITCI), an SQA company, she is currently serving as VP of Operations, Europe, Program Development including Curriculum, Syllabus and digital content development. Current responsibilities include designing curriculum and syllabus, preparing study materials, for PMI's PMP/CAPM exam prep boot camps; mentoring qualified candidates in developing and maintaining project management plans, templates and implementing project management tools and methods.

Bill Baxter

Job Titles:

Bill is our business partner, founder and chief instructor at Project Road Training (PRT), a certified project manager (PMP) with an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. He worked in the aerospace defense industry for nine years, doing stress and vibration analysis of flight-weight hardware at Pratt & Whitney; General Dynamics; Hughes Aircraft Space & Communications; Bell Helicopter. After business school, he worked in the IT industry: Product marketing at Anixter; Sales Engineering at MCI; Engineering Design as Telecommunications Practice Lead at OWP/P (an A&E firm now part of Cannon Design); and Data Center Strategic Planning at UBS AG. Project management was an overlay skill that Bill applied in many of his different roles.

Dani Chaparro - Managing Director

Oscar Danilo Chaparro AKA 'Dani', founded SQA Group in April of 1997 in Los Angeles, currently based in Bellevue Washington... Portfolio development roles and responsibilities include project, program and portfolio management utilizing ISO-21500 and Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. Responsible for business development and project management for clients from various industries including education, philanthropy, health and fitness, the financial sector (banking and investment firms), real estate, property development, data center operations, software development, transportation (aviation and automotive), digital marketing (social media strategies SEO/PPC/SEM/SMM), arts and entertainment including film, educational videos, music and video game production. Project Management consultant with over 25 years experience spanning multiple industries. Thirty five years' of experience with data center operations; Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), methodologies including Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative, Incremental, and Lean. Over 25 years' of experience with Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methodologies, standards and procedures including ISO-9001, ANSI/IEEE, Lean Management and Six Sigma. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Lean Management certified. Trainer roles and responsibilities include designing and preparing curriculum and syllabus for PMI's PMP/CAPM exam prep boot camps. Provide training for qualified project managers in preparing for PMI's rigorous certification exam. Conduct 35 to 40-hour workshops/boot camps on the project management standard and certification process in vendor provided venues or corporate on-site classroom settings. Responsible for following up with student requests for additional tutoring and/or mentoring. Current member of PMI, and the Agile Alliance.

Paul Jenkins - COO

Paul Jenkins joined the SQA Group with 35 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations. His range of expertise includes IT Management, Windows Systems Engineering, OpenVMS Systems Management, TCP/IP Network Management, Data Center Operations Management, Project Management, Technical Writing, and Business Development. Some of his specialties include Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, Backup and Restore Administration, Critical Systems Support, Active Directory Architecture and Management, Storage Systems, NTFS File and Group Security, and much more. Co-Founder of the International Technical Certification Institute (ITCI), VP of Operations, North America and Asia, and Australia program development, curriculum and syllabus development, Project Management Trainer. Certified MCSE, UNIX, and CISSP trainer. Paul studied computer science, mathematics, and electronics engineering at TCU and DeVry Institute from 1980 to about 1987 while working full time in the field of IT Infrastructure Operations.
