As Director of Engineering, Gino is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of over 20 properties in the DFW area.
Experience - Retired Navy Chief Petty Officer of 21 years, the majority of which serving on ships assigned to the engineering department, leading to a second career as an operator and eventual manager in the commercial facilities industry in 2013, beginning with Hines, Fortis Property Group, and Hartman Income, REIT. At Sunwest since 2023.
Did we mention - Gino has an Applied Marine Engineering degree and is a proud husband, father, and grandfather, who enjoys movies, fishing, grilling, and spinning vinyl records in his spare time, but most importantly, spending as much time with the family as possible!

As Director of Property Operations, Jon keeps our client's 20+ buildings looking great and our 200+ tenants happy by leading our operations staff of 20+ amazing individuals.
Experience - 12 years, the majority of which has been spent in property management leadership roles at Transwestern. At Sunwest since 2020.
Did we mention - Jon is a graduate of Austin College and currently lives on a 90-acre tree farm with his wife and two sons. In addition to farm life, Jon enjoys riding mountain bikes and pretty much anything the great outdoors has to offer.
As the fearless leader of Sunwest, Marc founded the company in 2005. Marc remains actively involved in all facets of the company including property operations, leasing, and investment management. He ensures that our clients' needs are exceeded, and communication is clear and efficient.
Experience - Founded Sunwest in 2005. Prior to launching Sunwest, Marc held various financial positions with Dell, Pioneer Natural Resources and Trilogy Software.
Did we mention - Marc gratefully serves his community as board member for various nonprofit organizations, including the Ann and Nate Levine Academy where he began a two-year term as Board President in 2021. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where he was a member of The Business Honors Program and holds a CFA designation. Marc is also diehard Tampa Bay Rays fan.
As Senior Vice President, Matt focuses his efforts on leasing and producing new business.
Experience - 18 years. Throughout his career, Matt has consistently been named a top producer and completed over 1,000 real estate lease transactions. Prior to Sunwest, Matt worked for RM Crowe, Hartman Income REIT, Pillar Commercial, and most recently Reserve Capital Partners where he led the office division. Matt is a graduate from Austin College and a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
Did we mention - Matt and his wife live in Richardson with their precious little girl Eleanor. Matt has a passion for travel, coffee and enjoys spending time at his church, Upper Room.

As Director of Finance & Investments, Rob analyzes and evaluates potential investments, assists in acquisitions and dispositions, assesses asset performance, and supports the Asset Services division.

As one of Sunwest's original employees, Tabitha leads Sunwest's brokerage division. She has seen it all when it comes to leasing office space in the metroplex and has leased dozens of buildings to capacity while never backing down from a challenge.
Experience - 16 years in the industry. At Sunwest since 2010.
Did we mention - Tabitha has been awarded the distinction of Power Broker by D CEO magazine from 2018 - 2024. She is a member of NTCAR. Tabitha has a passion for art, design, giving back to the community, and all things animal related.
