The Surrey Pilates Studio is a privately-run, fully equipped classical pilates studio in Surrey, BC. Our staff is fully certified, classically trained, and committed to teaching Pilates in its truest form - as it was originally intended... We offer pilates apparatus (reformer, chair, cadillac), mat and circuit classes. We also offer on-line Zoom Classes that you can do from the comfort of your own home!!... Our entire staff have graduated from the advanced teacher training program from world-renowned The Pilates Center of Boulder, Colorado. We all continue to be students of the Classical Pilates method, furthering our education of the body and deepening our understanding of natural, healthy movement.
