SWELL - Key Persons

Greg O'Loughlin - Chief Strategy Officer

Job Titles:
  • Partner
  • Strategy Director
Greg founded SWELL in 2011 and since then, has devoted nearly every waking minute to making our clients proud, productive, and profitable. (He is also a big fan of alliterations. His energy is never-ending which comes in handy because not only does he helm the strategic side of the agency, he also pinch-hits as business advisor to our clients when needed, and to our knowledge, a typo or errant space has never escaped his meticulous eye. As anyone who has ever worked with or for him can attest, Greg cares even harder than he works (which is pretty damn hard) and is driven to succeed alongside and by the success of our clients.

Sadie Tettemer

Job Titles:
  • Group Account Director
She dives fearlessly into the fray to establish organization, purpose, and order whether it's a brand that needs therapy, a budget that needs wrangling, or a project that needs a path forward. She's a big thinker, but more importantly, she has the skills, drive, and determination to turn big ideas into action. Armed with strategic curiosity and a spreadsheet (or five), Sadie comes to the table with a battle-tested wholesomeness testament to her Canadian upbringing and two decades of agency experience.

Sam Walker

Job Titles:
  • Director
Sam is our rookie. We recruited him straight out of the Drexel University Senior Showcase after he impressed us with his wiser-than-his-years approach to design and equally well-developed ability to present it. In his first whirlwind season with us, Sam crushed design challenges from package design to brand development to a 120-page print publication. (Don't worry, he also paid his dues with some monotonous photo searches and file resizing.) Even as a newbie, Sam clicked right into place with the SWELL team with an ability to think as strategically as he does aesthetically, and distaste for "good enough".

Staci Anderson

Job Titles:
  • Creative Director
  • Partner
Staci began her career in advertising at the age of 10, winning an ad contest for a children's clothing store that appeared in the local paper. A few years later, she graduated from The College of New Jersey with a BFA in Graphic Design, and the Monday following graduation, she started her first job against the probably wise advice of her father who suggested she take a few weeks off. She brings that energetic combination of competitive spirit and tireless work ethic to work every day (and night and sometimes weekend) to dream up the big ideas and dial in the minute details to make SWELL's creative as perfect as possible.
