Ellen is our bookkeeper and long-time member of the Synergy family. She's a details person and appreciates a good spreadsheet! She loves spending time with her husband, Billy, and two teenage sons, whether just chilling at home, traveling (preferably some place warm), or attending their various school and sports activities. She has a heart for volunteering, giving time regularly to school and church programs, and has served on the boards of several non-profits. When she can find some free time, she enjoys hanging with friends and family, baking at home, and live music, especially country, so a weekend in Nashville is always a favorite.

He has over 17 years of experience and really enjoys helping our clients purchase healthcare in a more strategic way, providing better benefits and cost to employer and employee alike. When he's not busy helping clients, Klaus loves to spend time with his family, watching his kids do what they love and going on vacation. He and his beautiful bride have been married for 18+ years and have 3 lovely children, a soccer player, a ballerina and an aspiring tennis player. Disney and the beach are the family "hot spots" and provide lasting memories. Klaus is also a licensed soccer coach and coaches for Elkhart County United.
