With experience gained through volunteering at Community Law Canterbury, she has a passion for helping clients navigate the legal landscape with empathy and clarity. Emma is in the process of completing her Professional Legal Studies course and is due to be admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand by the end of the year.

Henry Leung

Henry works with the team with creation and administration of trusts, personal assets planning, wills, EPAs, and charitable matters. He frequently conducts research on complex legal issues and is able to produce legal advice that offers insight into a difficult and ambiguous issue. Henry is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Prior to joining TGT Legal and graduating from law school, Henry worked as a litigation assistant to support litigators with a wide range of civil, criminal, and family matters at a different firm. His experience remains helpful when contentious matters arise. Apart from the law of trusts, Henry is also passionate about public law and was on the Law Dean's List for Law of Democracy Qualifications 2022 - Admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand

Juliet Moses is a highly skilled and trusted adviser having built a reputation for understanding client-family dynamics, while recognising and respecting each family member's objectives, needs, interests and values. Juliet provides advice on all legal issues relating to trusts as well as on estate planning, relationship property, estates, and wills. She regularly works with trustees, beneficiaries and other stakeholders, advising them on their rights and obligations, as well as acting as a trustee. Juliet is a regular chair and presenter of seminars and author of articles on issues arising in those areas. She regularly speaks at New Zealand Law Society and Auckland District Law Society Inc conferences, and at STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) events, as well as being quoted in the media on such issues. Juliet is the chair of the STEP education committee and a recipient of the STEP Founder's Award for Outstanding Achievement. Stephen had extensive experience as corporate lawyer before transitioning to being a trust lawyer at TGT. Stephen now specialises exclusively in providing advice on legal issues relating to trusts, general estate planning, relationship property, estates, and wills. He regularly works with trustees, beneficiaries, and their advisers, advising them on their rights and obligations. His corporate, commercial experience underpins the practical advice he can provide as a trust lawyer on long term succession issues to business families and those holding long term legacy assets. His experience and expertise are particularly valuable where highly bespoke trust structures are required to provide for the devolution of strategic assets to the next generation.

Zoe joined TGT Legal after two years at a large commercial firm in the banking and finance team. Zoe advises on all aspects of trust law including the establishment and administration of trusts, duties of trustees and rights of beneficiaries, resettlements and variations. She also advises on personal asset planning (including wills, use of trusts and memoranda of guidance for trustees), relationship property matters, powers of attorney, probate and estate administration and charitable trusts. In 2021 Zoe completed and was awarded with distinction the NZ STEP Diploma in Trusts & Estates.
