I'm all about testing. I'm comfortable with every step from learning business processes and automating user-facing tests to digging into the code and working with my team to fix regressions. I focus on making testing transparent using reports and metrics, and helping the whole team own the quality of the product. I value relationships with other teams as a path to share knowledge and streamline processes. As a Certified ScrumMaster, I enjoy working with other agilists to constantly improve the way we work and demonstrate that value to managers and stakeholders... Experience coaching teams and individuals toward continuous improvement, promoting an agile mindset throughout the organization... Experience using a customized Salesforce implementation, including manual and automated testing of multiple functional areas and third-party tools, including Oracle quoting, customer data and order management systems.
