Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Astrit moved to the United States in 1994. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she coordinates marketing and public relations campaigns with Spanish media and news outlets. Astrit also works on special projects for the Clifford Group, conquers mounds of paperwork, crunches numbers, and keeps the rest of the team in line-as much as one can do that.
Since 1988, Cindy has been a presence within Houston's business, civic and political scenes.
Cindy started her firm as a corporate events production company while actively volunteering for non-profit organizations and political campaigns. With almost three decades of experience as a woman entrepreneur, she has transformed her company into one of the strongest, most effective public relations and government affairs firms both within the city of Houston and beyond. Simultaneously, she's served countless others-whether helping candidates to become electeds, or helping everyday people to have a better life. She's been closely involved with several Houston mayoral campaigns and administrations, from Mayor Whitmire in the 1980s, to Mayors Brown, Parker and Turner in the years that followed.
Cindy's most recent achievements are driven by the same creativity and stick-to-itiveness that-as a midwestern elementary-schooler in her native hometown of Cleveland-had her dreaming up and launching businesses with other kids in her neighborhood. Today, she's cultivated a list of amazing clients in Houston and around the nation, representing a range of organizations-from government entities to businesses in the financial, energy, real estate, automotive, engineering and airline industries.
Cindy has been honored to receive awards and public recognition for her efforts on several occasions, including being named one of Houston's 50 Most Influential Women by Houston Women Magazine. She speaks frequently before groups on the topic of women and power.
Tiffany has worked in corporate advertising, marketing, graphic design and writing since 1993. She is particularly adept at crafting communications that convey the client's message in a way that speaks to the audience. She also brings a strong ability to translate new or complex concepts into content that is easily understood. Her portfolio includes work for clients in a range of industries, with a focus on business-to-business and government sectors.
