Carol is founder of couhrage™ and storycoaching™ Inc. She is a volunteer member of the Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care HR Committee in Toronto, a regular speaker of the International Customer Service Association - Toronto Chapter, member of the International Coaching Federation and of the British Columbia Human Resource Management Association, where she is a regular contributor to its PeopleTalk magazine.

In his years of international hotel experience, his career has taken him all across Canada and into Europe. He has held positions with Hilton International and Sheraton as well as independent hotels. Milton is a recipient of the Gold Key Award from the Alberta Hotel Association.
